WPF Or Web App to Upload and Download Azure C#

1. Upload file from directory to Azure Storage Account by defining directory(multiple)
2. By using database to get the Uploading path to Upload file for Cloud Storage.
3. User can download file by requesting from Web or Auto-Download to there machine if new file available file from the front-end.
