I am wanting to design 6, 1 bedroom apartments that are 14'x30' each. The building will be a 30x60 metal building with each apartment being approx 420 sq ft. The largest portion will be in the living kitchen combo and the bedroom at back. One 3.0 x 5.0 window in front and one in back bedroom to meet code. Wall height will be 10' with 2 on 12 pitch.
