I have an automotive-grade circuit ready and now need a production-friendly panel layout for it. The board carries a mix of SMD and through-hole parts, so the panel must allow for both reflow and selective wave/hand soldering in one run without warping or stressing the joints. Key requirements • Custom overall panel size – you are free to propose the optimal outline once you see the board, as none of the preset 100 × 100 mm or 200 × 200 mm frames work for our enclosure. • Clean break-off strategy (mouse bites or V-grooves) that keeps edge connectors pristine. • Proper fiducials, tooling holes and panel fiducials for pick-and-place alignment. • Copper balancing and rail design suitable for automotive vibration specs. • Final deliverables: layered Gerber/ODB++ set, drill files, fabrication notes and an assembly drawing showing component orientation and keep-out areas. I will provide the single-board Gerbers, stack-up and assembly diagram; you return the fully panelised package ready for my manufacturer’s DFM check. Altium, KiCad or Eagle are all acceptable—just let me know which you prefer.
