I’m looking for a detailed floor plan for a residential, single-family home that will comfortably fit five bedrooms. I have the lot dimensions and a rough idea of the flow I want, but I need a professional layout that shows clear room sizes, circulation, and sensible placement of service areas such as kitchen, bathrooms, and storage. Please provide: • A scaled floor plan in PDF and editable CAD (DWG or similar). • Basic furniture layout so I can visualise space utilisation. • A legend indicating overall and individual room dimensions. The drawing should follow standard architectural conventions and be ready for the next steps with a structural engineer. If you use AutoCAD, Revit, or another mainstream drafting tool, just let me know so I can open the native file.
