Complex Assembly Line Automation Design -- 2

I need a SolidWorks expert who can take a complex, multi-component product and turn it into a fully automated assembly line layout. The goal is to create a 3D model that shows how every station, fixture, jig and conveyance element works together to perform parts assembly without manual intervention. Here is what I expect: • A complete SolidWorks model of the entire line, including realistic mates, motion studies and any necessary weldments or sheet-metal details. • Exploded views, sub-assembly drawings and a clearly structured BOM so that procurement and fabrication teams can work straight from your files. • A short simulation (Motion Study or Visualize) that demonstrates cycle time and verifies there are no collisions when the parts flow through the stations. • Source files delivered in native SolidWorks format, plus STEP exports for cross-platform reference. Our product involves many intricate parts, so clever fixture design and an understanding of tolerance stack-ups will be essential.
