Salon Floor Plan Redesign -- 2

I’m opening a new salon and need a professional to transform my current layout into a polished construction-ready floor plan. I already have an existing drawing; your task is to refine it so the contractor can build from it with confidence. Scope • Highlight the footprint for key zones: office, storage, reception area, separate treatment room, and a defined retail space. • Provide a set of scaled drawings in CAD (DWG or equivalent) plus a printable/uploadable PDF. • Include basic fixture and furniture positioning so the builder understands clearances and service connections. What I’ll supply • The current floor plan in PDF and DWG • Rough measurement and photos. Deliverables 1. Revised space plan (1:50 or 1/4" = 1'-0") 2. Dimensional, demolition, and construction layers separated in CAD 3. Reflected ceiling and power/utility layout sheets 4. One round of revisions after I review the first draft 5.
