I am seeking a Mechanical Engineer to develop the production-ready engineering for an industrial dispensing cabinet. This project requires high-precision CAD files optimized for laser cutting, CNC bending, and assembly for a professional fabrication shop. Core Technical Challenges: Heavy Load Management: The internal chassis must be engineered to support a total operational load of 300kg (Static and Dynamic). Aesthetic Mobility: The cabinet must include 4 heavy-duty industrial casters semi-hidden behind a recessed perimeter skirt, ensuring stability without compromising the swivel radius. Security & Access: The design must include a reinforced front door with heavy-duty industrial hinges and a high-security locking system (3-point or cam-lock). Filling Module Engineering: Complete design of the dispensing niche. This specific module must be engineered in Stainless Steel (AISI 304), while the rest of the chassis will be 1.5mm steel with powder coating. Material Strategy: Optimized for 1.5mm thickness. You must design a reinforced base frame to distribute weight and prevent warping/tearing at the caster mounting points. Integration & Responsibilities: Component Placement: I (the client) will provide the exact coordinates and measurements for the 15.6" Screen, POS, Printer, and Pumps. Engineering Scope: You are responsible for all structural brackets, mechanical fit-out, and internal fluid routing support within the chassis to ensure a professional finish. Mandatory Deliverables (14-Day Timeline): Native Files: SolidWorks (Preferred) or Fusion 360 parametric files. Fabrication Pack: 1:1 DXF/DWG flat patterns with correct K-Factors for 1.5mm plate. BOM: Comprehensive Bill of Materials for all fasteners, casters, and structural components. Technical Documentation: Assembly guide, exploded views, and precise bending angles. Selection Filter (Required to bid): To be considered, you MUST: Start your proposal with: "INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING".
