Urban Master Plan

We have a property of 15 Acres that needs a rough Urban Master plan sketch. The dimensions will be given below. The land plot should be divided into 15 plots. Please keep in mind you have to make roads within the 15 acre land so therefore each plot will be a little less than an Acre each.
Each plot should have a house and some greenery (Trees, Lawn) and a swimming pool. The house should not take up large space of the plot. Please feel free to make other additions that may be good. I have attached a picture for reference of how i am looking for
The Land Dimensions are -
Depth - 830 Feet
Width - 565 Feet (The main road is running along the Width)
