We are bidding for an Outbound campaign and if selected, we will need 2-3 Call Center Managers to oversee the operations of a Call Center located in Moghbazar beginning in January or thereafter.
Both male and female candidates age 18 and older are encouraged to apply, and there is no age maximum.
Candidate must possess superior leadership skills and communicate clearly;
At least one year of experience as Call Center Manager is a must.
English language proficiency must be on a near-native fluency.
Responsibilities include hiring and training, creating objectives and monitoring goal attainment, assisting in the creation of training modules, resolving customer issues and any site-based challenges that may come up.
IT experience and familiarity with US or Canadian English are preferred.
Ability to coach and motivate your agents.
Analyze and interpret the call metrics;
Prepare reports for upper management;
Develop goals and action plans;
Attend budget meetings;
Ensure sufficient call coverage by managing employee schedules.
