Key Responsibilities: • Inbox & Calendar Triage: Master my Gmail and Google Calendar. You’ll archive the noise, flag the urgent, and handle all scheduling/rescheduling with zero double-bookings. • SEO Task Management: Take ownership of SEO scheduling. You will be responsible for tracking deadlines, generating reports, and ensuring recurring SEO tasks are completed on time. • Creative Coordination: Act as the bridge between our social and creative teams. You will repurpose existing content for Google Business Profile (GMB) updates and other SEO-driven social tasks. • Asset Support: Use Canva (and ideally Photoshop) to tweak or resize assets for various platforms to keep our presence on-brand and active. • Social Execution: Schedule posts and monitor engagement across channels using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native platforms. Qualifications: • Software Savvy: Highly proficient in Canva, Google Workspace (Gmail/Calendar), and Zoom. Photoshop experience is a significant plus. • SEO Literacy: You understand the basics of SEO tasks and why GMB updates matter for local search. • Organization Obsessed: You are a natural project manager who lives for deadlines and "clearing the board." • Communication: Clear, concise writing skills for drafting emails and responding to social media DMs/comments.
