Nonprofit Exec Dir Search Consultant

I need a search consultant to assist our board search committee in finding a new Executive Director for our nonprofit organization in northeast Massachusetts. Essex County nonprofit. $3m revenue, 20 FTEs, housing sector. We will be looking for a local candidate and not a national search. I am investigating search consultants to help the board through the process. We don't have the budget for a national firm like Koya, etc. A good competent local form would be preferable. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and attract senior-level candidates with over 10 years of experience. - Focus on candidates with nonprofit backgrounds, particularly in the housing sector. - Evaluate essential skills: fundraising expertise, community outreach, and strategic planning. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven track record in executive searches for nonprofit organizations. - Strong network in the nonprofit sector, especially in the housing domain. - Excellent assessment and evaluation skills for senior-level candidates.
