Illustrate children’s book

Children’s book featuring my grandsons. It will be a keepsake, primarily, but I will also place it for on-demand publication. Since few children’s book are commercially successful, I am interested in a fixed quote. For the sake of simplicity, I want to own all rights to illustrations, including copyright. I need 16 full page, color illustrations, plus a cover illustration. May be on quality artist paper or digital for publication upload. I have story composition suggestions, but willing to consider suggestions. Each illustration fits each section of text. Ability to create facial recognition of grandsons is primary criteria, so they can recognize themselves. Photos will be provided of local backgrounds. Background images will include local animals and marine life. Bright colors.
