Hello there! Could you share the existing floor plan and a few photos of the two bedrooms and bathroom so I can understand the current layout and identify the best opportunities for storage and the proposed wall changes? I can plan the remodeling around practical built-in storage for both bedrooms while redesigning the bathroom to accommodate the study area, vanity, new cabinetry and drawers, and replacement of the existing tub with a functional shower. I’ll focus on maximizing usable space, maintaining clean circulation, and coordinating the carpentry, cabinetry, wall reconstruction, and bathroom finishes into one cohesive design. I’ll review the existing conditions first, develop the proposed layout and details, and provide a clear scope so the construction work can be carried out efficiently without unnecessary changes or material waste. Please feel free to message me so we can discuss the project in more detail. Best regards, Damien Bartlett.

Hello, I’d be happy to help remodel the two bedrooms and bathroom. I can handle the project with careful attention to both the functional layout and finished appearance, including custom built-in storage, carpentry, bathroom cabinetry, and the required wall modifications. For the bedrooms, I can measure the available space and design built-ins around the room dimensions, storage requirements, doors, windows, and existing finishes. For the bathroom, I can help rework the layout to incorporate the study area and vanity, replace the existing tub with a shower, install new cabinetry/drawers, and complete the necessary wall reconstruction while keeping the overall design cohesive. I’d recommend an initial site assessment before giving you a firm all-inclusive price. After reviewing the existing conditions, dimensions, plumbing/electrical locations, materials, and desired finishes, I can provide a detailed scope, material allowance, labor estimate, and realistic timeline. Please send photos, measurements, and any inspiration images or existing plans. I can then outline the work in phases and provide a preliminary budget and schedule. Best regards,
