I believe I’m a strong fit for this project because cooking, food presentation, and structured recipe execution are central to both my academic and professional background. I hold a Master’s degree in Product Development, where I developed skills in recipe testing, ingredient accuracy, and consistent food presentation. I currently work at the International Hotel School, supporting and teaching hospitality students, which keeps me actively involved in culinary standards and practical food preparation. Earlier in my career, I worked as a factory product developer, where precision, consistency, and attention to detail were essential — experience that aligns well with the structured cooking and photography requirements of this project. While I don’t have specific experience with Vietnamese cuisine, my training includes multicultural cuisines, and as a South African cook I’m experienced in adapting to different food traditions and learning new techniques. I’m confident in following recipes carefully and presenting dishes accurately. I enjoy both cooking and food photography and understand the importance of clear lighting, clean presentation, and consistency when documenting ingredients and finished dishes. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute high-quality submissions while exploring Vietnamese cuisine through this project.
