Your task is simple yet critical: stay logged in during the agreed shift, read each inquiry carefully, and type concise, friendly, and accurate replies right away. I will provide you with a product guide, pricing sheet, and a short FAQ so you can resolve the majority of questions on the spot. Anything outside those boundaries can be flagged for me to handle later. No sales calls, no multi-platform juggling—just focused, real-time chat on WhatsApp. Deliverables: • Live responses throughout the scheduled window • A brief daily log of handled chats and any escalations • Suggestions for new FAQ entries when the same question pops up repeatedly If you already know basic WhatsApp Business features (quick replies, labels), that’s a plus, but the main requirement is speed, clarity, and courteous language.
