Modern Cafe Interior Concept Design

I’m preparing to fit out a new café and need a complete interior concept that captures a modern mood. The look I have in mind is crisp and uncluttered, built around clean lines, plenty of natural light and open sight-lines. I also want the space to feel quietly high-tech, with smart fixtures such as digital menu boards, integrated charging points and touch-free fittings seamlessly worked into the design rather than standing out as novelties. Here is what I need from you: • A layout plan that shows seating circulation, barista counter, back-of-house and any display zones, making sure the flow supports quick service while still encouraging customers to linger. • 3D visualisations or renders that clearly illustrate the proposed finishes, lighting strategy and the way daylight is harnessed. • A concise mood board or material palette highlighting colours, furniture suggestions, lighting fixtures and the tech elements you propose to embed. • A short specification sheet so my contractor can cost finishes and hardware accurately. Files can come from SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD or another mainstream tool—whatever you prefer—so long as the final package is easy to read and export to PDF for my builder.
