January 2026 Event Videography

I’m looking for an experienced videographer to cover our NYC–Chennai gathering on 17 January 2026, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The brief is straightforward: capture the event highlights and activities as they unfold, weaving in both steady tripod angles and energetic handheld shots to keep the footage lively. Two moments are absolutely essential—the keynote speeches and the networking sessions—so plan your shot list to guarantee clean coverage of each. Outside of those anchors, feel free to roam for extra colour and spontaneous interactions; I want the final material to reflect the full atmosphere of the afternoon. What I expect from you • Professional-grade camera kit (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema body), tripod, and stabiliser for fluid motion • On-board or external audio capable of handling speech and ambient sound • High-resolution footage (HD or 4K) delivered, organised by segment, within five days of the event If you can provide a short highlight reel, that’s a welcome bonus, but the priority is well-shot, well-labelled raw clips.
