The client has employed a structural engineer who has produced a design, but i am looking for a consultant engineer to represent my interest and help me navigate my way through the whole process.
I will be employing a basement specialist to do the works, but i want an engineer on my side to protect my business and ensure we are doing everything correctly. Essentially, the engineer will review and help me navigate my way through design and all the associated components such as Ground Surveys, Temp Work Design, Setting out, waterproofing, method statements etc...
