Preform an independent concrete structure design check of a concrete pier supported 2 story insulated concrete form (ICF) residential structure to be constructed in Florida. The deliverables of this project is to produce an independent check of the dimensions and reinforcement of the main concrete elements of this structure. The independent check shall include an engineering report clearly defining the design assumptions/criteria and the proposed dimensions and reinforcement of the concrete structure and a completed tables shown on Sheet A306 of the draft design drawing set. The draft design drawings and ETABS model will be provided to facilitate this effort.
