Seeking a LICENSED engineer or architect in Florida who can complete a plan review for an 8'x10' garden shed. Local building code requires wind-load calculations and will require a signed/seal of the drawings. See attached for the drawings I submitted - I will make all changes to your requirements so review work only. Project is final once your sign-off on the drawings is complete. If the bldg dept seeks additional changes, can negotiate an additional project for that work.
See attached for the information sent to Bldg Dept. Their response was "The plans submitted for your shed permit need to be signed and sealed by a licensed architect or engineer because of the wind load calculations."
