In addition to addressing those comments, I also need a compliant SB-9 package that cleanly subdivides the existing parcel into two lots. Here’s what I expect from your work: • Update the existing CAD/PDF site plan so every item flagged by the city is resolved—setbacks, easements, annotations, or any other red-lined detail. • Prepare a clear, to-scale SB-9 subdivision exhibit that shows the new lot lines, net and gross areas, and all required notes per state guidelines. • Coordinate any related adjustments—utility stubs, drive access, or revised frontage calculations—so the split will pass both planning and public works review. • Deliver the revised plan set in PDF and an editable CAD file, ready for direct resubmittal.
