I’m looking for a site-planning expert to turn a raw parcel into a well-organised residential colony. The brief is focused on plots only; no individual house drawings are needed right now. All lots will be earmarked for modern-style homes, so the neighbourhood flow, street widths, green pockets and utility corridors should support a clean, contemporary living experience. I will provide the land survey and any local setback data I have. From there, I need you to arrange the plots for optimum orientation, easy vehicular access and walkability, while reserving space for parking, services and communal landscaping. Sustainable touches—rain-water harvesting zones, tree-lined avenues, sensible solar exposure—are encouraged where they fit naturally. Key deliverables • Scaled master plan in PDF plus editable CAD (DWG or similar) • Plot schedule detailing area and dimensions of every lot • Optional but welcome: a simple 3-D massing or rendered view that conveys the modern character Acceptance criteria • Layout complies with stated zoning rules and setbacks • Road hierarchy, plot count and sizes align with the agreed brief • All files delivered within five working days after receiving the survey data Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit or comparable planning tools will help you hit the ground running.
