We have determined that your parcel is partially located in a local area flood zone. Please address the following comments: 1. The proposed structure is located within a locally regulated floodplains. Please provide; a) professionally drawn grading plan, or b) foundation plan with elevation, or c) site plan with elevation information, showing that the lowest floor of the structure will be elevated at least 1.0 foot above the flood depth at the location. The base flood elevation for this building is 1771.5ft NAVD88, therefore the lowest floor of the structure and lowest point of utility appurtenances must be elevated at or above 1772.5ft NAVD88. An elevation certificate will be required for this permit.
