Validate Fit: Ensure each lead’s organization has or could have KYC and fraud prevention needs, such as fintech startups, digital banks, or financial service providers. OUTREACH & MESSAGING Craft Initial Message: Develop a concise yet persuasive outreach message (100–200 words) that clearly states the value proposition of idcerberus. Tailor the message for each prospect’s role and company. Follow-Up Sequences: Create a 2–3 message follow-up sequence for prospects who do not respond initially. Each follow-up should provide additional value (product benefits, case studies, or industry insights). Personalization: Use insights from the prospect’s LinkedIn profile or company news to highlight how idcerberus solves their specific challenges. ENGAGEMENT & APPOINTMENT SETTING Qualify Leads: Engage in initial dialogue to confirm the prospect’s interest and relevant use cases. Call Scheduling: Once a prospect shows interest, coordinate their availability with my calendar and schedule a demo or discovery call. Reminders & Handoff: Send reminders to prospects before the meeting, ensuring they are well-prepared. Provide me with all relevant notes and background details. REPORTING & ANALYTICS Progress Tracking: Maintain a structured CRM or spreadsheet to track each prospect’s status (contacted, responded, call scheduled, next steps). Weekly Reports: Provide a summary of outreach activities, open conversations, conversion rates, and scheduled calls. Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to messaging, targeting, or strategy based on feedback from prospects and industry insights. APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED (Milestone 3) Successful scheduling of calls or demos with a set number of prospects (to be agreed upon). Detailed handover of prospect notes for each scheduled call. ONGOING WEEKLY REPORTS (Milestone 4, repeated) Updates on the number of outreaches sent, responses received, calls booked, and any feedback or insights gained.
