I need ready-to-run G-code for a 4-axis CNC router that will be cutting wood molds. The work does not demand ultra-tight tolerances, but it should achieve reliable, standard-level precision so every cavity lines up cleanly once the mold halves are matched. You will receive my 3D model in STEP (or another format you prefer) along with the machine’s post-processor information, tool list, and stock dimensions. From there I expect tool-paths that respect grain direction, avoid excessive tear-out, and keep overall cycle time reasonable for a wooden workpiece. Deliverables • Complete G-code files tailored to my 4-axis controller • A quick setup sheet describing tool changes, feeds and speeds, and any fixturing notes • A short verification report or screenshot from your simulation showing there are no collisions or over-cuts If you use Fusion 360, Aspire, or another CAM package just let me know—whatever you choose, the end result must load cleanly on the router and run without edits. Once the first mold proves out, I’ll have additional shapes to program, so clear, well-commented code is important for future tweaks.
