Correct CNC Lathe X-Axis Offset

My CNC lathe’s X-axis and Z axies is out of alignment and all recent runs show the same offset error. I need someone who can walk me through diagnosing the source of the mis-calibration, help me enter the proper offset values, and verify the fix with a test cut—everything handled remotely (screen-share or video call is fine). Please show examples of similar lathe-offset corrections you’ve completed so I can see how you tackled the problem in the past.
