Necesito realizar un mantenimiento correctivo a torno CNC que actualmente muestra fallas mecánicas. Aún no he podido identificar con exactitud si el problema proviene del husillo, las guías lineales o el motor de accionamiento, por lo que requiero una revisión completa para diagnosticar la causa raíz y efectuar la reparación. Busco a alguien con experiencia demostrable en: • Diagnóstico y reparación de tornos CNC. • Ajuste y alineación de componentes mecánicos de precisión. • Verificación de tolerancias y calibración posterior a la reparación. Necesito: 1. Diagnóstico detallado de los hallazgos. 2. Plan de reparación incluyendo repuestos sugeridos. 3. Ejecución de la reparación y puesta en marcha. 4. Informe final con pruebas de funcionamiento, parámetros de corte y recomendaciones para evitar recurrencias. El servicio de mantenimiento será ejecutado en sitio (Provincia de Orellana)
