fix CodeIgniter site social sharing and count

Hello, I have site made in CodeIgniter. We need the social media sharing feature to work, it does not currently on most computers/phones tried. We need it to be working on every page and post, including the homepage. It needs to be displayed near the top of posts. And there are already icons which show how many times a post has been liked or commented on (as shown in the picture attached here). We would like an extra icon added to those icons to also indicate how many times a post has been shared on social media. (picture of the icons location attached) That social media sharing should include Twitter, Facebook, Whatsapp and Email. On Facebook, Twitter and Whatsapp the sharing feature should automatically include a picture on what is shared and follow a format indication of the following nature: Post Title by Author | Stories | site name Post Title by Author | articles | site name Post Title | Location Date Time | Events | site name Post Title | Videos | site name Post Title by Author | News | site name Post Title | Discussions | site name Post Title | Research | site name my budget is around $30 to $40 max Thanks
