Automatic Listings for a Property Portal

Most Property Agents in our country (South Africa) currently load their listings to major Property Portals (Listing Websites) via API’s. This allows them to only add a listing once to their own website or CRM and it then automatically gets listed on all the big Property Portals (Listing Websites). Some Property Agents have subscribed to intermediary companies who do Data Syndication between the Property Agent Website/CRM system & the Property Portals (Listing Websites). As my website doesn’t have sufficient traffic yet I can’t get approved by these intermediaries. I have done some intense research online to see if there is a way for me to build my own API’s (Using a Wordpress Plugin as my website is with Wordpress) to automatically pull new listings from Property Agent websites straight to my Wordpress website. Some of the Property Agents have requested if I can supply them with an API to achieve the above. For someone to add a listing on my website they need to have an account (Registered/Logged-in) and they would have had to purchased a set amount of listings. Please keep this in mind. When an automatic listing gets added could this be deducted of the listing purchased? [login to view URL] My website is with WP I am using WP Job Manager plugin to manage listings currently I run Woocommerce The theme I purchased is a MyListings Theme Please let me know how you could assist and what additional information would be required from me before you can start.
