1. There will be two types of Users: Agent and Stockist. 2. Agent or Stockist both should have their own referral code They can invite others by using this. Email verification must be done then only they'll access their dashboard. 5. Following fields must be filled after email verification. 5.1 - Full name 5.2 - IC Number 5.3 - Phone Number 5.4 - Email 5.5 - Country 5.6 - Profile picture 5.7 - Link social media 5.8 - Bank Account details 6. There must be 2 Registration forms as following: 6.1 - Stockist Registration Form a - Need Admin approval b - They have their own referral code they can share with anyone and they'll join to program using this referral code. They'll be joined under the Stockist. c - Under the dashboard, it should be showing a referral tree like this. [login to view URL] 6.2 - Agent Registration Form a - They will be added automatically under the Stockist/Agent that they used the referral code of b - They have their own referral code they can share with anyone and they'll join to program using this referral code. Agents have their own invite link they can send to customers if customers purchase the product from that link after the following changes made. 7.1 - Agent C will receive 2RM as commission. 7.2 - One Stockist of agent C will receive 4RM as commission. (Note: Only the Agent that referred the customer will get 2RM. No other Agents above him will get any commission.) 8. If “Total Sales” of any Agent becomes more than or equal to 100, then the Agent is a new Stockist. 8.1 - Ex. Agent A does 100 or more than 100 sales, he then becomes “New Stockist A”. He will remain under the same “Stockist A” in the tree, but now this original “Stockist A” will only receive 1RM for all the sales the “New Stockist A” brings. [login to view URL] 9. Wallet: 11.1 - All the commission calculated needs to go to a Digital Wallet. 11.2 - We need to have the ability to top-up, withdraw the money. 11.3 - Payment Methods include: Debit/Credit Cards, FPX. 11.4 - Withdrawal notification should be sent to the user's email.
