CF Ecommerce Site

We are looking for a long-term firm with good communication skills, good graphical abilities, understanding of our business and Coldfusion 5 knowledge who can help us with our advances throughout the next coming months. Please do not quote on this project unless you have a strong experience with ColdFusion and MSSQL. We also are looking for a creative thinking individual who is able to add value and insight to our efforts through their experience (knowledge of the wildlife / hunting industry is a plus but not required) and is interested in working closely with us to meet our goals. We plan to take the development of our site in stages and would first like to concentrate on updating the theme and adding features.

The first stage (of a 6 stage process) will be for the items listed below. A consistent and sleek theme is to be created and implemented across all features and pages. Our site is an information one which we want to be dynamic and ever-changing/updating based upon the content (pictures, stories, jokes, etc) submitted by our viewers. The following procedures and features are to be performed:

• Create a new theme (optimized for the most popular screen size: 1024x768) by adapting the current installation of SEO Webstore (a test environment has been provided for you to develop on)

• Small quick-loading flash accents where applicable

• Design/Create sleek (fast-loading) company logo and website graphics

• Transfer our current site MSSQL content to newly developed site

• Reposition a product details and purchase options in cart to make user functionality and usability greater

• Include dynamic real-time user submission forms for stories, articles, news, photos, etc (dynamic resize utilizing CFX_Image tag) to the photo gallery (mandate admin approval be given before publishing)

• Add photo contest/upload section, dynamic resize and dynamic upload section (allow viewers to rate photos)

• New message board forum (with unique avatars able to be uploaded)

• Add administrator newsletter template to email registered users on monthly basis

• Add chat room

• Add all products shown in current online store to new site

• Add video advertising spot on main page (allowing dynamic display of advertisers videos)

• Dynamic CSS navigation added (breakout menus) (horizontal navigation at the top

• Pay per view Video viewing area (Viral Video)

• Video viewing flash window with banner ad displayed to side while viewing (able to upload video in users panel) (banner sizes included in each page should include 468x60, 300x250, and 728x90).

• Create new places to ad advertising spots throughout site and cross sell online products (similar to [url removed, login to view])- sleekly integrated into the dynamic content of our site

• Search engine optimization

* We are looking for a sleeker more attractive site. Our peers in the industry are [url removed, login to view] and worldhunt.com. Please visit these sites. We are looking to have site which are fluid like these and incorporates content with ads. Especially pay close attention to [url removed, login to view] to see how they incorporate ads (we would like to do the same). We will supply you with logo for your use and adaptation.

Everything that is done by the administrator should use the panel already installed in CF Webstore (also known as SEO Webstore) and be easy to use/navigate. We would like to work closely with your company to help you create a site for our company with al the features we seek. We reserve the right to mildly adjust the components listed above and give clarification throughout the design process.
