I have a set of images that need a professional pass of colour correction and grading. The overall look I’m after is warm and inviting, yet skin tones must remain absolutely natural—not pushed into orange or looking desaturated. Please apply only light retouching to the face: soften minor blemishes and even out tones, but leave real-life texture intact. No reshaping or overly air-brushed results. The background should feel clean and balanced so the subject pops, yet it mustn’t draw attention to itself; think subtle levelling of exposure and colour rather than heavy blur or replacement. Deliverables are the final high-resolution JPEGs (sRGB) ready for web and print, plus layered PSDs so I can tweak if needed. If you work in Lightroom or Capture One first, include the catalog or EIP so I can see the grade settings. I’ll review the edits on a calibrated monitor; acceptance is based on natural skin, coherent warm palette across the set, and no visible artefacts from over-processing. Hi I read your brief regarding the "warm and inviting" look you need, and I specifically appreciate your emphasis on keeping skin tones natural. As a retoucher, I know exactly the pitfall you are avoiding: pushing global warmth often turns skin "orange" or muddy. My workflow prevents this. I separate skin tones from the global grade using HSL and masking in Lightroom ensuring the "warmth" is in the atmosphere/background, while the skin remains true-to-life. The Grade: I will provide the warm, coherent palette you need without desaturating the skin. The Retouch: I use Dodge & Burn and Frequency Separation techniques.
