I’m seeking experienced residential cleaners for part-time, contract-based work focused on deep cleans for tenancy turnovers and vacant properties. These are not routine or maintenance cleans — they are detailed, top-to-bottom cleans required to prepare homes for new tenants or inspections. Tasks may include: • Heavy-duty cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms • Inside appliances (ovens, fridges, dishwashers, microwaves) • Inside cabinets, drawers, and closets • Baseboards, trim, doors, vents, and high-touch areas • Detailed floor cleaning, edging, and spot treatment • Removal of built-up dirt, grease, and residue common in move-out situations Ideal candidates will have: • Proven professional experience with move-out, vacancy, or deep cleaning • Strong attention to detail and high quality standards • Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism • Ability to work independently and efficiently • Physical stamina for longer, more demanding cleans • Their own professional cleaning supplies and equipment This role starts very part-time, with hours varying based on project availability.
