Need Witness for something in Los Angeles

Project Title: Seeking Eyewitness for Personal Matter in Los Angeles

I am in need of an eyewitness for a personal matter in Los Angeles. Its fairly simple you'd just need to wait around in your car or somewhere nearby like a store until my neighbor begins doing sonething then I will let you know to come in. I need someone to tell the police what is going on so they hear it from more than one person. Would probably take 1-2 hours on one day or possibly 1-3 hours over two days. Please be comfortable talking to the police and seeming credible.

Specifics:

- I require someone who can provide firsthand information and observations regarding the situation.

- The witness will need to provide a detailed account of the events
