Project Title: NetSuite Data Entry & Enrichment Specialist – 3,000 Suppliers (ZoomInfo to NetSuite) Project Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to assist with importing, validating, and enriching 3,000 supplier records from ZoomInfo into NetSuite. This is not just a simple data entry task — it requires data verification, deduplication, structuring, and enrichment inside NetSuite following a clear workflow. The project duration is 30 days. Scope of Work: 1. Supplier Data Verification • Review supplier data extracted from ZoomInfo • Check if each supplier already exists in NetSuite: o As a Vendor o Or as a Customer • If exists: o Update missing or incomplete fields • If not: o Create a new Vendor record from scratch 2. Supplier Record Completion (NetSuite) Each supplier must include: • Company Name • Supplier ID (if applicable) • Website • Email / Phone • Address • Sector / Industry • Subsidiary assignment • Bank details (if available) 3. Contacts Management (VERY IMPORTANT) For each supplier: • Add multiple contact persons (from ZoomInfo) • Include: o Full Name o Job Title (e.g., Sales Manager, Product Manager) o Email o Phone (if available) • Link contacts correctly to the supplier record • Avoid duplicate contacts 4. Classification & Tagging Using NetSuite fields (as shown in screenshots): • Add Item Brands (e.g., HPE, Dell, Fortinet, HP, etc.) • Add Item Categories based on supplier business • Ensure consistency in naming and structure 5. Product Manager Assignment • Assign a Product Manager (internal team member) to each supplier • This will be based on brand/category responsibility • Maintain consistency across all records 6. Data Quality & Deduplication • Avoid duplicate suppliers and contacts • Standardize naming conventions • Ensure all mandatory fields are filled correctly 7. Email Subscription Setup (Anti-Spam Approach) • Add supplier and contacts to newsletter subscription list • Ensure: o Clean and valid emails only o No bulk spam behavior o Proper tagging for future campaigns Deliverables: • 3,000 fully structured supplier records in NetSuite • All contacts correctly linked • Clean classification (brands + categories) • No duplicates • Ready-to-use data for Sales & Marketing teams Requirements: • Strong experience with NetSuite (CRM / Vendors / Contacts) • Experience working with ZoomInfo or similar datasets • High attention to detail • Ability to follow structured workflows • Good understanding of B2B data Timeline: • Total duration: 30 days • Progress tracking required (weekly updates preferred) Nice to Have: • Experience in IT / Technology industry • Understanding of brands like HPE, Dell, Cisco, etc. • Experience with CRM data cleaning and enrichment Important Notes: • Accuracy is more important than speed • This is a structured task — not random data entry • You will be given clear guidelines and examples
