Multi-platform Nutraceutical Brand Onboarding Specialist

Onboard Nutraceutical Brand to Apollo 247, Tata 1mg, Netmeds, PharmEasy, Flipkart Health Plus and Wellness Forever (End-to-End) We are The Proven Code (TPC), a DPIIT-recognized, science-first nutraceutical brand by Nuvea Essentials (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. Our portfolio is built around globally patented ingredients (HIMABERB Berberine, CQR-300, KSM-66 Ashwagandha, Magtein) with full FSSAI compliance, GS1 barcodes, GST registration, and CoAs in place. We are looking for an experienced freelancer or consultant to handle end-to-end onboarding across the following platforms: 1. Apollo 247 2. Tata 1mg (already onboarded, need help expanding catalogue and optimisation) 3. Netmeds 4. PharmEasy 5. Flipkart Health Plus 6. Wellness Forever Scope of Work: 1. Initiate and own the seller or brand onboarding application on each platform 2. Coordinate with each platform’s category or BD team until account is live 3. Compile and submit all required documentation (FSSAI, GST, CoA, MSDS, product images, label artwork, test reports, brand authorisation letters, etc.). We will provide source files. 4. Create complete product listings (titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, HSN, MRP, claims) per each platform’s content guidelines 5. Resolve any compliance, claim, or documentation rejections during review 6. Configure pricing, inventory, and fulfilment settings (we use a 3PL and self-ship mix) 7. Hand over working seller-panel logins with a short SOP for our in-house team Deliverable: All six platforms live with our priority SKUs (4 to 6 products) listed, indexed, and orderable. Ideal Candidate: 1. Demonstrable track record onboarding nutraceutical, pharma, or FMCG brands to Indian healthcare marketplaces 2. Existing relationships with category managers at Apollo, 1mg, Netmeds, or PharmEasy are a strong plus 3. Working knowledge of FSSAI nutraceutical regulations and platform-specific claim policies 4.
