**Project Title:** UAE goAML Registration & AML Compliance for SHAMS Company I need an experienced UAE compliance professional to complete the goAML registration process for my company, **RentingEase LLC**, which is registered with **SHAMS (Sharjah Media City)**. One of my licensed activities is related to real estate, and I need to ensure the company is fully compliant with UAE AML/CFT requirements. **Scope of Work:** * Determine whether my company qualifies as a DNFBP. * Complete the SACM pre-registration and goAML registration. * Advise on the appointment of the Compliance Officer/MLRO. * Prepare and submit all required registration information. * Draft the mandatory AML/CFT compliance documents, including: * AML/CFT Policy * Business Risk Assessment * Customer Due Diligence (KYC) Procedure * Record Keeping Policy * Suspicious Transaction Reporting Procedure * Ensure the company complies with all current UAE FIU and SHAMS AML requirements. **Requirements:** * Proven experience with UAE goAML registrations. * Experience working with SHAMS, free zone companies, or DNFBP compliance. * Ability to complete the process from start to finish and provide guidance on any additional compliance obligations.
