WhatsApp Business Compliance Consultant – Policies, Account Health & Template Approval We are looking for a WhatsApp Business compliance expert for ongoing hourly consultation. This is purely advisory — not a development or integration role. What this is NOT: We are already using Twilio's WhatsApp API, which handles all technical integration. We are not looking for a developer, and no coding or hands-on technical work is involved. What this IS: We need someone who deeply understands Meta's WhatsApp Business policies, compliance requirements, and the often opaque enforcement process — and can advise us on how to navigate it correctly for each new client we onboard. What you'll be advising on: • WhatsApp Business Account setup best practices and structure • Business verification — what's required, common reasons it fails, and how to approach it • Message template creation — writing templates that get approved and stay compliant • Understanding and avoiding policy violations (Meta rarely explains what went wrong — you need to know what to look for) • Account quality, trust signals, and how to maintain good standing • What to do when an account gets flagged, limited, or blocked • General compliance strategy for onboarding new clients repeatedly What we're looking for: • Real, hands-on experience managing WhatsApp Business API accounts — not just theoretical knowledge • Someone who has dealt with unexplained account restrictions and figured out how to resolve or prevent them • Familiarity with how Meta evaluates accounts and templates — and what actually moves the needle • Clear communicator who can explain compliance requirements in plain terms Important context: We onboard new clients regularly and keep running into blocks and unexplained restrictions from Meta. Since Meta rarely clarifies what the actual problem is, we need someone who has been through enough of these situations to recognize patterns and guide us proactively. Engagement: Hourly, on-call consultation. We reach out when we're setting up a new client or hitting a compliance issue, and you advise.
