I need a full-fidelity physical simulation of the combustion stage in my current setup, with an emphasis on how the fuel–air mixture forms and what that means for overall emissions. The goal is clear: quantify mixing quality, predict pollutant formation, and highlight any design tweaks that will cut emissions before prototyping. You will start from geometry and operating parameters I will supply, build or clean up the mesh, then run the combustion and species-transport models through the relevant solver (ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM or an equivalent CFD package are all fine as long as you can justify the choice). Please include: • A brief outline of your modelling approach and assumptions before you run. • The completed model files, ready to open and rerun. • A results package: contour plots, key numerical trends (temperature, velocity, species mass fractions, NOx / CO predictions), and a short written discussion of what the data tells us about mixing efficiency and emission hotspots. • One set of recommendations backed by the simulation on how to improve the setup. I’ll consider the job finished once I can reproduce your results on my end and the discussion addresses the stated goals of mixing quality and emissions reduction.
