We are looking for a System Developer with experience in camera-based Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) development and integration within complex automotive environments. Key Responsibilities Own and develop the system architecture for camera-based ADAS functions in collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the vehicle development process. Define, maintain, and manage system requirements, including the derivation and traceability of detailed technical requirements. Integrate and validate ADAS functionalities such as Intelligent Speed Assistance, Lane Keeping Assistance, Travel Assist, and related driver assistance features at vehicle level. Plan, execute, and document system-level testing activities, including performance evaluation, root-cause analysis, and optimization. Manage technical changes, issues, and defect resolution processes throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure compliance with relevant automotive standards and regulations, including Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Cybersecurity requirements. Act as a technical interface between development teams, suppliers, and vehicle integration stakeholders. Required Skills & Experience Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Practical experience in ADAS system development, vehicle integration, or systems engineering within the automotive industry. Knowledge of camera-based perception systems, environment modeling, sensor integration, and driver assistance functions. Experience with automotive development and validation tools such as ADTF, CANoe, DOORS, Jira, ODIS, or comparable toolchains. Strong understanding of requirements engineering, system testing, validation methodologies, and change management processes. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and a structured, independent working style. Ability to communicate effectively in multidisciplinary and international project environments. Fluent Czech language skills (C2 level) and good English communication skills (minimum B2 level). Nice to Have Experience working in OEM or Tier-1 automotive environments. Knowledge of vehicle E/E architectures, communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet), and automotive software development processes. Familiarity with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and automotive cybersecurity standards. Work Model Regular on-site presence required in Czech
