I’m building a real-time computer-vision layer that watches what happens on-screen, decides the smartest next move, and sends that input to a standard console controller as if a player did it themselves. The goal is to enhance gameplay through AI—think faster reaction times, adaptive strategies, and contextual assistance that feels natural, never scripted. Scope of work • Develop a vision pipeline (OpenCV or similar) that captures and processes console frames at 60 fps. • Train or integrate a lightweight machine-learning model—CNN, reinforcement learning, or a blend—that predicts the optimal action each frame. • Translate those predictions into button presses on a standard gamepad using the official SDK or a micro-controller bridge (USB/Bluetooth). • Provide a small desktop UI to start/stop the service, calibrate the capture window, and switch model profiles. Deliverables 1. Fully commented source code with build instructions. 2. Pre-trained model, training scripts, and a sample dataset. 3. Firmware or software module that emulates a standard controller on the target console. 4. Step-by-step setup guide plus a short demo video showing the AI enhancing gameplay in real time. Acceptance criteria: the end-to-end latency (frame-to-input) stays under 10 ms, the system runs stably for extended sessions, and the AI executes context-appropriate actions with a high success rate.
