I’m arranging an in-house conflict-management workshop and need an experienced trainer to guide our mixed group of managers and employees. Our primary objective is to sharpen day-to-day communication skills so tensions are spotted early and handled constructively. The session can run either onsite at our Brisbane office or live online, depending on what works best for your schedule—please outline any hybrid options you can offer. I’m looking for an engaging, activity-driven format: think facilitated discussions, small-group problem-solving tasks, and role-play that mirrors real workplace scenarios rather than slide decks full of theory.
