Bauleiter Civil im Umspannwerksbau Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Bauleiter für die Leitung und Koordination aller baulichen Aktivitäten auf Hochspannungs-Umspannwerksprojekten. In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für Sicherheit, Qualität, Termine und Kosten auf der Baustelle und führen sowohl interne Teams als auch Nachunternehmer. Hauptaufgaben: • Leitung und Koordination aller Baustellenaktivitäten und Bauteams • Steuerung von Nachunternehmern, Partnern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten vor Ort • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von EHS-, Qualitäts-, Termin- und Budgetvorgaben • Verantwortung für Terminplanung, Ressourcenmanagement sowie Kosten- und Risikokontrolle • Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und Reporting relevanter KPIs • Unterstützung bei Planung, Ausschreibung und kontinuierlicher Optimierung von Bauprozessen Gesuchtes Profil: • Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung von Industrie-, Energie- oder Infrastrukturprojekten • Erfahrung im Hochspannungs- oder Umspannwerksbau von Vorteil • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Arbeitssicherheit (EHS) und Qualitätsmanagement • Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten • Gute IT-Kenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Rahmenbedingungen: • Projektbezogene Position mit 100 % Baustellenpräsenz (kein Homeoffice) • Verantwortungsvolle Rolle in anspruchsvollen Energieinfrastrukturprojekten mit direktem Beitrag zur Energiewende
