I'm seeking a skilled draftsman to construct a 30' x 50' barn that will also serve as a living space. Within the barn, there will be a 12' x 30' studio designed for living purposes. Trusses will be built to overhang the studio side by 20' to allow for future for outdoor kitchen. I already have drawings of trusses and concrete (monolithic slab) plan. The 12 x 30' studio should incorporate the following amenities: - Kitchen - Bathroom (preferred bump out into barn side to allow more space in living quarters and less mess for future pool access) - Sleeping area (left side when entering - Living area with TV Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in building barns and residential spaces - Proficiency in plumbing and electrical work - Knowledge of space optimization and design - Strong project management skills Please provide examples of previous work and a detailed plan on how you would approach this project.
