I am looking for an experienced contract administrator who can take full ownership of preparing and lodging private-sector construction tenders for my company. Your main focus will be the preparation and submission phase: gathering bid documentation, coordinating inputs from estimators and design consultants, formatting the final pack, and ensuring every compliance box is ticked before the deadline hits. You should already be comfortable working with construction tender portals, reading specification packs, and translating scope requirements into clear commercial responses. Proficiency with MS Office—especially Excel for BOQs and Word/InDesign for polished submissions—is essential, and familiarity with common construction contract forms (AS, JCT, NEC or similar) will help you spot risk clauses early.
