Hello, I can prepare a complete, design-based lump sum estimate for the Railway Road upgrade, fully aligned with your scope and addenda. My approach includes detailed quantity takeoffs from drawings, building unit rates for labour, materials, plant, and disposal, including asbestos handling, and compiling a comprehensive cost breakdown with margin allowances for variations. Each trade section will be itemized (preliminaries, traffic control, demolition, drainage, pavement, concrete, retaining walls, electrical, landscaping, signage, and closeout). I will deliver marked-up PDFs, Excel takeoff sheets, completed Appendix K, and a structured Gantt chart for the July–December 2026 program. Assumptions, exclusions, risks, and methodology will be clearly documented for transparency and submission readiness. The estimate will cover staged works, resident access, utility conflicts, electrical authority requirements, QA/testing, and 12-month maintenance, ensuring full compliance with all project requirements and risk considerations. Thanks, Asif

Hello, Thank you for sharing the tender pricing brief for the Railway Road upgrade project. I understand that this is a design-based tender with no BOQ provided I can assist with preparing the complete lump sum estimate, including: • Full quantity takeoffs from Appendix H drawings and addenda • Detailed cost build-up by trade section (prelims, drainage, pavement, electrical, landscaping, etc.) • Variation rate schedule (Appendix K) with labour, plant, material and disposal rates • Asbestos and contamination allowances including provisional sums • Marked-up drawings and Excel takeoff sheets • Tender cost breakdown with OH&P and risk allowances • Draft construction program (July–December 2026) in Gantt format • Assumptions, exclusions, methodology summary, and risk notes Before proceeding, could you please confirm a few items: 1. Are the Appendix H drawings available in DWG format, or PDF only? 2. Do you have a preferred labour and plant rate schedule to follow, or should I apply standard NSW market rates? 3. Should the 40-tonne asbestos provisional sum be priced using a specific disposal facility or standard industry rates? 4. Is there a target contingency or tender margin you typically apply? Once I receive the full document pack (RFQ, Appendices H, K, R, Addenda 1–5, and reports), I can begin the takeoff and estimation immediately. Hi there, I reviewed your job posting and see you’re looking to prepare a complete lump sum tender pricing for the Railway Road, Quakers Hill project from design drawings and addenda. I’ve delivered similar design-based estimates and tender build-ups for clients across the USA, Canada, and Australia — and I can provide a fully detailed, submission-ready estimate with accurate takeoffs and structured pricing. ✅ Full quantity takeoff from drawings, addenda & specifications ✅ Detailed lump sum estimate with trade-wise breakdown ✅ Completion of Appendix K (variation rates & unit pricing) ✅ Marked-up drawings + Excel sheets for full traceability Recently, I completed a similar road & civil tender where I handled complete takeoffs, pricing, and risk allowances — enabling the contractor to submit a competitive and well-structured bid with clear cost justification. I ensure all scope items are covered, including civil works, drainage, electrical, retaining walls, landscaping, traffic control, and asbestos allowances — along with assumptions, exclusions, and risk notes. I’ve attached samples in my portfolio if you'd like to review my work: https://www.freelancer.com/u/ranaabubakar1993 Can we do a quick chat to discuss your tender timeline and submission requirements? Hi, I read your brief carefully. This is not a simple BOQ pricing job — it’s a full design-based tender where the real challenge is getting the scope, addenda changes, and risk allowances right from the drawings and supporting documents. I can help prepare the full lump sum estimate with trade-by-trade breakdown, self-measured takeoffs from Appendix H and Addenda 1–5, completed Appendix K variation rates, marked-up drawings, assumptions/exclusions/risk notes, and a draft July–December 2026 program. I would pay close attention to the key risk areas you flagged: Sheet 11 pavement design, full electrical scope, retaining walls with full fencing, VMS/staged traffic control, asbestos allowance, Sydney Water constraints, and 12-month maintenance. My focus would be to give you a clean, submission-ready pricing pack in Excel/PDF that is structured, reviewable, and properly built up rather than rushed. Best regards. Ankit.

Hi there! Preparing a design-based tender like this requires disciplined takeoffs, risk-aware pricing, and structured cost build-ups to ensure accuracy without BOQ reliance. We will deliver a complete lump-sum estimate with detailed trade breakdowns, verified quantities, and fully aligned variation rates ready for submission. ✅ Can you share all drawings/addenda for full review before takeoff? ✅ Any preferred estimating format or template for Excel outputs? ✅ Required level of detail for program (high-level vs fully resource-loaded)? We’ve handled similar civil tenders and can share examples if helpful. We will be happy to address any questions and ensure a smooth project process. Ready when you are. Buildtrix Studio

Hi there, You have a design-based tender for the Railway Road upgrade—no BOQ provided. You need quantities measured from drawings, rates built up, variation schedules completed, and a structured lump sum estimate ready for submission. If addenda changes are missed or quantities miscalculated, the tender is non-compliant and the bid fails. I deliver complete tender pricing packages with full traceability. Here is how we work: You share all documents (RFQ, Drawings, Addenda 1–5, Appendix K, Electrical drawings, Arborist, Asbestos, Sydney Water constraints) → I review everything, measure ALL quantities from drawings cross-checked with addenda → build up rates (labour, plant, material, disposal including asbestos, margin on variations) → complete Appendix K (variation rates) → prepare lump sum price broken into trade sections (Prelims, Traffic, Demolition, Contamination, Drainage, Pavement, Concrete/Kerb, Retaining Walls, Electrical, Landscaping, Signage, Closeout) → deliver Excel cost estimate + quantity takeoff sheets + marked-up PDF drawings + completed Appendix K + assumptions/exclusions/risk notes + methodology summary + Gantt chart program (July–Dec 2026). Timeline: 10 days. Ready when you are. Best, Eng. Sibora
