Your job is to translate the EagleView data into exact quantities for the following items I checked: • 60-mil TPO membrane (include field, flashings, and 10 % waste) • ½-inch coverboard (fully adhered) • ISO insulation – both the flat 1-inch layer and the tapered package, laid out by slope section • Adhesive amounts for the fully adhered components • TPO-clad edge metal, broken down by linear footage and standard stock lengths Please return a clear spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) that shows: roof area references from EagleView, calculated square footage or linear footage, waste factors, and a final summary table.
