Brand Content Lead — Clothing Brand (Founding Team) Budget: ₹10,000/month | Remote | Part of founding team About This Role We're a clothing brand in early-stage build mode, and we're looking for a content creator who wants more than just a gig — we want someone who wants to own the visual story of a brand being built from scratch. If you shoot, edit, and obsess over aesthetics the way we obsess over product, let's talk. What You'll Be Doing Shoot and edit content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Create 12–16 Reels per month + 4–6 product storytelling videos + 1 long-form YouTube video Plan product shoot days aligned with launch drops Build campaign content for each new collection Maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms Collaborate directly with the founder on content direction You're the Right Fit If You: Have hands-on experience with Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut / CapCut Understand fashion and lifestyle aesthetics Can ideate AND execute without hand-holding Have shot apparel content before (or are confident doing it) Have a portfolio that shows real product storytelling Deliverables Each Month Content TypeQuantityInstagram Reels12–16Product storytelling videos4–6Long-form YouTube video1Campaign content (per launch)As needed Compensation & Details Pay: ₹10,000/month (starting stipend — reviewed at 3 months based on output & growth) Location: 100% remote Days: 6 days/week Equipment: You'll need your own camera/phone, basic lighting, and an editing system Why Join Early?
