Hi — The line that stood out to me is that you don't have a style guide yet. That's usually why content calendars die around month two. Every post gets designed from scratch, it takes longer than anyone planned, the feed drifts, and eventually posting slows down. So I'd build the system before building any posts. Palette, type scale, a fixed set of carousel and story layouts, and a caption structure. Once that exists, a new post is filled in rather than designed. That's what makes "consistent" actually survive past week three — you used the word repeatable yourself, and that's the whole game. I design social and ad creative, and I run paid social on Meta and TikTok for LUNEX, a brand I own and operate. My own budget, my own creative. So I'm used to looking at Insights and changing the work because of what it says, not just delivering files and moving on. On Reels: I do clean short-form edits, cuts, on-screen captions, trending audio, pacing.
