We are looking to engage a professional content production agency on a recurring monthly basis to support the Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) of our institute. Scope of Work (Monthly Deliverables) - Long-form Podcasts 1–3 studio-style podcast episodes (approx. 30–60 minutes each) End-to-end support: shooting, editing, audio cleanup, titles, motion graphics 8–10 short clips derived from each podcast for social media Core Event-Based Short Content apart from podcast 5–10 short video clips (reels/shorts format) from E-Cell led events On-ground coverage required Event Highlight Videos 2–3 long-form videos (10–30 minutes) documenting key E-Cell events, talks, or showcases Capture, scripting assistance where required, editing, and post-production Expectations Must be based in Bangalore with ability to shoot on campus and at event venues Should have demonstrated experience executing similar content projects Provide a valid portfolio / proof of work (preferably brands, startup, campus, podcast, or corporate video examples) Ability to plan shoots with student teams, adhere to timelines, and operate autonomously Open to a month-on-month engagement, subject to performance Budget is fixed within institutional limits (to be discussed with shortlisted vendors) Next Steps Please share: Showreel / work samples Team profile Proposed workflow and deliverables alignment Earliest availability and preferred work model Only shortlisted agencies will be contacted for further discussion.
